Not only was the bouquet they delivered to my mom on her 80th birthday exquisite, they were not about to let a little downed tree blocking her 1/4 mile long driveway deter them from delivering it! They let me know of the problem, and the team at Robin's Nest brainstormed amongst themselves, ultimately getting the Munroe FD to come help my elderly mom dispense with the tree! In addition to the lovely chocolates I had ordered, they brought along a sweet and much appreciated birthday cupcake so she could celebrate properly. Wonderful experience! Robin was truly a pleasure to work with for my youngest daughters wedding. Not only is she gifted in floral arrangements, she is so accommodating and courteous. I cannot say enough about her. We ended up having rain on a planned outdoor wedding and Robin turned "lemons into lemonade". She used the same beautiful arbor flowers, brought her arbor and set it up in the reception area where ceremony was held; It was absolutely gorgeous. Robin and her team ARE TRULY AMAZING. Everything I wanted for my florals was done a million times more. I wanted pinks, peach and ivory and greenery. The burgundy heart roses were the perfect pop! I highly recommend them!
