Wells Heating & Cooling does spring and fall tuneups of furnaces and A/C for three houses and emergency repairs on a couple of systems. They do a good job, show up when they say they will and seem to be nice, local folks. It was a cold night when a heat pump went out, and they were there first thing in the morning, having it up and running in no time. They have done a couple of jobs, including a heat pump/A/C repair and venting out a washer and dryer. In 2 separate instances, they identified issues that were long standing and either ignored or missed by three different HVAC folks. Recommended.

Thank you Mr. Wells! It was a cold night when my heat pump went out last night. Mr. Wells was here first thing this morning, and had it up and running in no time! Absolutely five star company!
I've been meaning to write a review for a while. They have done a couple of jobs for me. Most recently a heat pump/A/C repair this summer. They also vented out my washer and dryer. Always an all around amazing experience!! Thanks!!
