I just finished the five-day yoga and juice cleanse program at Prama. It was a wonderful experience all around. I feel that I received all the information I need to succeed at a healthy lifestyle. I am excited to continue my health journey with the knowledge I learned from Ramesh. Everything was very enjoyable - the yoga teacher, the kitchen staff, and especially the amazing sound bath we had on the last night from Ramesh and his lovely wife. I met wonderful people and feel that I received a reset. Thank you.

I had no expectations. Just a place to go to heal and be quiet and silent. And this place left speechless! I had such an amazing time here. They are marvelous. Amazing food. Everything was perfectly done. From greeting to goodbyes. It was a place of peace. And we'll worth the money... thank you Howard, CID, Therere the yoga instructor was spectacular,the cooks, the amazing support group. thank you

Prama is a gift place. The program it is excellent, people are knowledgeable , kind and caring. The food was also delicious . I will recommend anyone that looking for place to start and easy way to change your life stile to gift this special program. People that had been in a path of getting healthier and take in their hands there own maintenance this is a place to strongest this path to be there own healer.
