Chad installed a Bosch Inverter unit for our home with his wife helping him and I was very pleased with the install. They were responsive, clean, and thorough. Their price point blew everyone else out of the water. Now, to be sure, some of the older reviews indeed concerned me and Chad brought this review process up to me, I did not discuss this with Chad before Chad mentioned it. Chad explained that earlier management (or lack of management) is aging out and he is trying to reimage the name. Chad has also scaled back on employees to keep a better handle on activities on a day to day basis. I can't speak to Stamey's service after the sale, my unit is only a few days old...read full review
