We’ve been using Proctor heating and air since 2019 when we moved here. We’ve had repairs, installations, and maintenance work done by them. They always have been professional, provided quality service, friendly, easy to get in touch with, good at communicating, and very reasonably priced! Technician explained everything that he was Inspecting and why each part could affect the cooling of my AC unit. Thankfully, it only needed Freon. This company was referred to me by many neighbors for their honesty, knowledge and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them. While he was here, he did a check of both units just to get me ready for the summer.
