I didn't know this store even existed until a couple days ago. A friend of mine bought a PC from them. Friendly people that run it and a nice place. Good prices on their used pcs. I be returning to check out more of their PCs and gaming products again might even get one built/PS5/Xbox..??

Fantastic customer service while I was in and out of their store getting stuff to try and fix my graphics card before giving up and RMAing it. Happy to accept returns if things weren't what you needed.

I had purchased a new computer online but had issues with it starting up. I tried all of the options I could do before I had to call these guys. I explained my issue on messenger and they said to come on down and talk to Grason. I brought my computer in Friday afternoon and they found the issue over the weekend even though they were only open during the weekday. I got my computer back next Monday and everything is great. Turns out the RAM got pushed out of the slot. These guys are really nice people and definitely go out of their way to help someone who needs it. They got my support to come back next time I have problems.
