We discovered on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend that our water pressure would go to zero and then recover a few minutes later. Not a good situation anytime but especially on a holiday weekend with a house filled with 14 people (including a newborn!)
I called Buckner’s number and got a callback from Eddie who had the emergency service shift for the weekend. He walked me through a diagnostic Saturday night and isolated them problem as a bad pressure switch which he committed to replacing Sunday PM.
He called me Sunday 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and replaced the switch/recharged the pressure tank. Water service... read full review

I was in need of after hours repairs (after 6pm) on a toilet line that wasnt supplying water. I could "hear" it leaking under the floor in the crawl space area. Due to this, I had to shut off the water main to the entire house. I began googling for after hours plumbers in the area and made several phone calls to atleast 5-6 of them. After leaving messages on voicemils and being told by two who did call back they wouldn't be able to assist me this evening or even the next day as they were all booked up full, I called Buckner Plumbing and Heating, left a voice message and within 2 minutes, I was contacted by Eddie who, after I explained to him my situation,... read full review
