I ordered via the website with short notice for a funeral, and Bri went above and beyond to make sure the necessary flower substitutions (versus my selection online) were satisfactory. She got the arrangement to the church on time and sent me pictures, as well. Could not be happier with this transaction. Stopped into this quaint little shop to pick up some flowers. Had no idea what I wanted. The young lady let me look through the flowers and decide what I wanted. She then helped with the greenery and wrapped them up and added a bow. Wonderful customer service. Her flowers were fresh. Will be returning.

Bri, the store owner, is amazing. She carefully listened to my vision and the arrangements she created for the wedding rehearsal dinner were gorgeous. They exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend using Coastal Blooms and I plan to reach out to Bri the next time I need flowers.
