These people are the worst it took 34 days to get my mom's cremains just to not have the engraving I ordered and no cremains in my necklace I was told over and over they would call me and never did. I think they were paid some if not all by my mom before she passed and Chuck could only avoid looking. Her necklace . Cross necklace was not with her belongings that the morgue sent with her I just hope they can live with their self because they made the worse time of my life worse

Very unorganized had to end up helping with there services. We feel like they took out money and gave us very poor services
