Plenty of neat stuff here but the staff just isn’t welcoming. I expect a small operation like this to be much friendlier. This isn’t the case. Actually, the hourly employees at Tractor Supply offer much better customer service which I think is backwards. Whatever the case is, I can’t see going back here for anything again. I have really tried to like this store.

Great experience at everything. Starting with advice on tractor, attachments and then on service. Billy was my main point of contact every step of the way. He is truly great to work with. He helped with input and details on making sure I went with the right tractor and then when it matters the most after bringing it home when I had an issue with a tire he made sure everything was resolved super fast. Absolutely the best service. With a big purchase like a tractor service is key and Billy has made me feel that I went with the right dealer for sure.
