I woke up with a fever and feeling very bad. I went online and scheduled an appointment for 8 am. I was called back immediately and was seen very promptly. The doctor listened to my concerns and took his time. I was prescribed medications and was on my way to feeling better.
Thank you to the staff at UNC Health Urgent Care at the Southeastern Health Mall. You guys rock, I felt awful and Cynthia Clark FNP saw me. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the great care I received.
This urgent care is very convenient for me, and I have felt well taken care of by all four providers I have been see by. I was discharged by UNC at Chapel Hill, and was told to see an urgent care for a broken finger. I did, and was pleased with the X-ray, splint, and referral I received. I have never felt my problem was too unimportant, to be treated. So another 5 stars for knowledge and friendliness!
