Dr. Charlene Locklear has been my doctor for the last 10 years. She found my diabetes, lupus, & fibro. She has become part of family. She helped me when both of my parents health started declining. She was there for me when my mom passed away. You will not find another Doctor like Charlene Locklear. And, her staff is very nice & helpful too. I love them all!! I will recommend Tru Care to anyone!!
