From the front staff to the back they were very polite and caring. I was seen very quickly. This was the second time I had been seen there. Earlier this year I needed some stitches removed so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back Pittsburgh to get them out. No one else would remove them around here. I walked in there and they had no problem taking them out for me. I would highly recommend this clinic
