As a first time pool owner, I have to say my experience at Parnell Pools and Spa was very pleasant. Georgia and Aubrey are very helpful and informative. Georgia has been very patient with me each time I visit and knowledgeable about pool care and different techniques. Oh, and the prices are reasonable as well. Huge thank you to you guys.

First time pool owner and stopped in to have a water analysis by Aubrey and Georgia! I must say these ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and the reasoning behind every thing going with the process of clear our pool. They were very helpful and if they did have an answer, were very swift with getting one. This is my 2nd visit here and we will be returning. If you’re curious on the process of cleaning a pool whether it’s your first time or not you have to go the Parnell Pool & Spa in Lumberton, NC and ask for Aubrey or Georgia and let them guide you through your process!
