My first year with Lumber River Propane, they were responsive to my immediate needs, during this unsually cold winter. In fact, they arrived 2 days earlier than the original appointment. I appreciated this, as I was out of propane gas. This is the type of service that will continue our relationship.

Lumber River Propane will not let you down. They are the definition of treating their customers like family.
I called and ordered gas, not realizing that 2hrs later I had run out. Realizing that I the next 2 days the temperatures would be dropping into the teens I called them and let them know I would be without heat, (completely my fault for not paying attention) they made sure I got gas, even though it was not on the route!! I can not give them enough thanks!!! I would not recommend anyone else!!!

Every time I call the office to request a top off of our tank, the office staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. The delivery drivers always arrive on the day they say they will and are also very polite and friendly. I have been with them as a customer for approximately 8 years. During this time they have always had a small town small business feel to them. Thank you for truly caring about your customers.
