I always recommend Mainstreet family care. I don’t have insurance and the pay to be seen is definitely worth it for $149 to be seen. I must say even with insurance at times you spend more money out of pocket. The staff is friendly and respectful. I would return anytime I’m in need. Thanks so much for taking care of me.

The doctor was very nice and thorough. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

I am visiting family in Locust and needed an urgent care facility. I chose MainStreet Family Care because my family that lives in Locust recommended it and they have a 4.8 rating. I was not disappointed with any of my Care! Registration and checking is so easy-all automated. I got right in, the admin nurse was very efficient getting my info, my tests were run right in the office, the other nurse came in and discussed my tests and I was on my way. They called my meds in to a local CVS pharmacy, and they were ready when I got there! The ladies in the office were super professional, polite and very friendly! It's kinda scary when you have to go out of town for medical services, but the whole experience was great! Thanks ladies at MainSteeet Family Care!

Plenty of available appointments SAME DAY(!), check in was incredibly easy, office is very clean and inviting (free coffee, toy for kids), staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I felt better. Absolutely amazing.

First time going to this Urgent Care and can’t recommend them enough. Booked an appointment online and was being seen an hour later. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional and I was prescribed medicine that helped me feel much better in just a few hours!

Staff doing the testing was great. But the checkin experience was horrible! Tried to set an appt on the website. Could not advance past entering my phone number. Then I tried to call the location. All automated system that sent me a text saying someone would call but that never happened. Then I decided to go to West Stanly UC. There is no live person when you walk in. But there is a lovely kiosk to sign in on. The kiosk worked about like the phone system. Good thing about the kiosk is that it ask if you would like to speak to someone in person. If so you can enter your phone number and they will call you within 3 minutes. Yeah, never got that call either. Finally saw in the small print on the kiosk where to register for a company visit. Which finally allowed me to sign in for my drug screening. Lost 2 1/2 hrs of my life there just waiting. I will stop there. All my other comments have ugly words attached to them.

We fortunately did not have to wait very long. Very efficient and professional!! Good experience!

This is my third time trying to be seen the first time I had to wait over a hour which conflicted with my prior commitments and the second and third time trying to be seen I was turned away after I had scheduled a check in time hours in advance. The check in time kept getting pushed back and the first time they completely cancelled my appointment and the second time I got here and checked in and was told they weren’t seeing anymore patients. This place is extremely unorganized with many patients allowed to sign up for the same available time slots but only one doctor available to see patients. I would not recommend they only have one doctor and nurse and there taking on way too many patients then they can handle leading to multiple patients being turned away every single day or waiting over two hours just to be seen.
