The staffed hours are a little funky. However, they staff are very accommodating. The members are super friendly, perfect example of ‘southern hospitality’. The owners well thought out how a gym can function via key fob access so members can swipe in when they want to. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to.

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym in the Lake Gaston area. My family has a lake house here so we are normally here on the weekends. Well this weekend I forgot my key card - left it in Raleigh.The owner went above and beyond to stay in contact with me to assure I was still able to get my workout in. I am so extremely grateful. I do not know many business owners that would have jumped through hoops like this man did. He's a top notch guy and for this reason I will never go to another gym in this area.

The Thursday morning small senior group fitness class at 9am is awesome. It fits any fitness level you need. The group is fun and so helpful. I love the way it can be tweeked by the trainer to challenge any fitness level to make it work for you. Anyone who is not sure if a class is right for you should come and try this one out.
