Ford HVAC are excellent. A+ service. They are providing the lost trade of helping your costumer with the simple things without big charges for every call. Professional work with the good old south friendly and service attitude. I ask my Rheem unit installer for help since I knew exactly the problem and part needed. They wanted a service call charge first then repair cost. Ford help right away, fast and easy.
We have had Ford air condition and heating several times and they always do a fabulous job. They service the heat pump at our house, my daughter’s house, my sons and my mothers, we have always been satisfied. They are very qualified and professional. Their work never disappoints and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.
This is the only option I will only use them for any of my HVAC needs from now on. Very solid straight forward and easy to deal with I would refer anyone in my area to call this business for their service before anyone else. David came out and took care of us fast and was straight up as it gets no gimmicks.
