In the past Bob's has helped us with an existing home and recently with the heat pump of my daughter's new home. They have always been professional and helpful in suggesting what options are available. They have often gone beyond what was expected in their efforts to meet our needs.

Matt has come out to our house on two separate occasions when we noticed a problem with our HVAC system. He is knowledgeable about our unit and was able to get us all set in no time. We will be calling them again for future HVAC needs and for regular maintenance from here on out!

I have always gotten great service from Bob's Repair Service - same day service for nearly all my calls.They replaced my Mom's heat pump next day a few years ago.They always look for warranty coverage instead of just trying to sell new products.Very pleased and will continue to do business with them.
