🛑🛑🛑🛑✋Front desk receptionist with black hair and looks of a Hispanic descent was very rude. She rescheduled me several different times with hardly any exceptions and then spilled the beans on why a person who worked there couldn't be there. Her voice went from pleasant to harsh. Not professional!! Besides her with an attitude ☹️this is a great dentistry with wonderful professional dentists 🦷 and staff🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If there were a way to give zero stars I would. I waited a year for my gums to heal. The got a pair of dentures that were lowest end and made wrong. I now have to pay out of pocket for new ones because these keep snapping in half.

After several visits I can share that they are very compassionate and skilled at what they do. I am always greeted with a pleasant smile. Professional.Also, Dr Naylor singing with the background music was great. It really soothed me. Thanks all.

They will schedule you an appointment and let you miss a day of work only to tell you that they can't help you at this location then charge you $100, instead of saying on the initial phone call they can't do a certain thing. Scam artists.

Worst dentist ever. Did a crown after a very poorly done root canal which trapped decay underneath a crown. (meaning they didn't do what they were paid to do...) Two weeks ago my mother had inconveniently scheduled an appointment for me before work and arrived on time but stayed in the lobby for over an hour past my scheduled time. I couldn't wait any longer so I politely asked the receptionist if we could rescheduled because I had work within the next hour. For some reason this was a problem to one of the receptionist who insisted I would not be seen because I had missed so many appointments but upon inspection they didn't have my correct phone number at the time which is why I was not receiving updates. but even more so I wasn't scheduling those appointments and I was not receiving updates about them. However, more recently I was late to an 8:15 am appointment by 20 minutes at the most due to traffic and as I walk into the building for my dentist appointment one of the two hostess would even look at me or speak to me and the other had an affirmative stance stating that I could no longer be seen by this dentist EVER again? This was the first appointment that I scheduled for myself since I was just becoming an adult but the poor customer service made me waste gas to be told that I wasn't welcomed. So thanks for the shitty service!

Waited for more than 30 before called in, while people who came after us was seen. Front desk were dismissive and rude when asked how much longer? A "we are running a little late" would hace been nice

I had the pleasure of Dr Farmer DDS, I can't begin to describe the level of care and compassion he displayed. I had an extraction which took almost 3 hours, he never got discouraged, stayed positive, I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
