On Tops Roofing replaced roofs on 2 seperate properties for us. After a few years we discovered there was a leak in a problem area that existed from the old roof. We contacted them and our sales rep Chris got Arturo to check it out. They were very through and took off shingles to be sure to find and resolve the issue completely. They assured us we should no longer have an issue with this area. They showed us before, during and after pictures. Covering it under our warranty. We were very pleased.
On Tops Roofing replaced our roof on 12/21/2023. Communication was top-notch from the first visit to provide an estimate to completion of installation and follow-up after installation. Josh and his installation team exceeded my expectations! So pleased that I selected On Tops Roofing for the new roof! Highly recommend this company!
Another great experience with OTR! I needed a section of roof replaced on my family’s historical home place with many unknowns as to what would be found in the process. Chris, Luis and others didn’t hesitate to tackle this and provide excellent feedback throughout the project. Highly recommend On Tops Roofing for their professionalism and attention to detail!
