The staff is very friendly; all appointments are kept on time. Brandy spent more time with me than any medical professional ever has before. She offered a great solution to something that had been bothering me for way too long. I have also visited her at the spa where other issues are being addressed. Dr. Brandy Mountcastle is one of the first Drs I’ve had that genuinely cares about her patients and it really feels like we are working together as a team to get my health on track. The staff is all friendly and very helpful. I am not the easiest medical case but this team has yet to make me feel like a burden. If you are looking for a new medical team this is the place to go. I cannot say enough good things.
