“I could not be more pleased with my experience! I booked a package (1 hour massage & 1 hour facial) and I added on a chemical peel…I got there a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and I was warmly greeted by Hannah. Shortly after Mira came, introduced herself, asked pertinent questions (went over pressure, any particular problem areas, and what I hoped for), and led me to the room.Mira was like magic! She sensed certain areas, what I needed done, went between medium and firm all the while I was completely relaxed; I could literally feel my body responding to her hands as tension eased!After she finished, Hannah came in and began my facial. She was knowledgeable, very friendly, and listened to all of my concerns. She went over my skin and problem spots and proceeded to get the right combination of products. She really enjoys her job, and does it well!My only criticism (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) would be the room was kind of chilly (even though the tables are heated if the person working on you is cold so are their hands) and after any massage or treatment I’ve ever received water is provided to assist in flushing out toxins and keeping you hydrated (also some people may become light headed after getting up from the table so rehydration is helpful). These are super easy fixes…but the ladies were fabulous!Overall, Serenity exceeded my expectations and I already booked more services next month! Thank you ladies!“
