I'm in nash county and this plumber doesn't service my area however I told him my problem and he came out anyway. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me my options and he said I tell you what I'll put in a new system. Because the county messed up and my septic field was cut in 2 places. Patching it would not last long and it would fail at some point. He was the 3rd plumber I called and they all said pretty much the same thing. But no one offered to do what he suggested. I'm all the way in nash county. I called and asked if he could come look at my septic system because the county screwed up and my septic field was cut twice. I've been trying for over 2 years trying to get in this place it has been one thing after another. He doesn't even service this area but he came anyway. Not only did he tell me I needed a new system but he offered to do it for me. He said he knows it's not my fault and he would rather put a new system in then to fix the existing system. Very prompt, professional, and courteous. Mike immediately identified the problem over the phone, before I even finished the description. This was after we had called a "big name" plumbing company who failed to identify the root cause of the issue and sent us to an electrician to no avail. On a weekend, no less.
