No issues with my visit, timely and professional. Answered my questions and concerns. My favorite vision center. Nice selection of glasses. Staff was helpful in choosing frames, lenses. Was not rushed or pressured into buying glasses I didn't like. They took their time and helped me chose a nice frame that I felt comfortable with. Would reccomend, have been going there for years with no issues.
This was my first visit and I have to say that I was very pleased. Dr Davis was very kind, knowledgeable. professional and a pleasure to work with. Every staff member - from the greeting at the door to the initial exam to fitting for glasses and the good bye at the end - was kind and professional. Lots of options for lenses/frames and everyone was very patient and helpful and their prices were much more reasonable than what I have been used to. I highly recommend!
Got transition lenses in my new pair of glasses to see if I would like them. I ended up not liking them and went back to see about getting lenses without the transitions in my old frames and also getting a pair of prescription sunglasses. Super nice staff! Helped me through the process and gave feedback on how they thought the sunglasses frames looked on my face so I was able to pick the ones that suited me best!
