This place is a hit or a miss and very sneaky with billing extra. Went myself and had a great appointment, went for a regular scheduled eye exam on my insurance plan and it was great. The glasses staff worked to get me the best deal to find how much my insurance would cover and searched for the best plan and modified it to where my out-of-pocket pay was comfortable enough for me. She was very friendly and was happy to help no matter what I requested. My wife returned a month later and it was a terrible experience. It's fine as far as great people & atmosphere but the trouble comes when calling in , if they dont answer then the call goes to the office in Raleigh & they can't help you if its a rescheduled appt. It took me 3 weeks to keep trying to get thru

Dr. Brewer is a great Doctor to have. He makes sure he examines you at every angle of your eyes. He is always detailed and answer every questions you have. He's been my optometrist for several years. Dr. Brewer is professional and so nice. His staff is nice as well. I would love to keep him as my eye Dr for a long time.
