John was amazing! The day we moved into our house, we found a yellow jackets nest and had them both inside and outside of the house. With it being a Friday afternoon, I was worried we wouldn’t get anything fixed and have to stay in a hotel, but Terminex was awesome. Within 10 minutes of calling, John showed up at our house. He was extremely professional and efficient, got the yellow jackets taken care of. He even came back 2 days later to check the nest again and spray for any other bugs outside. We are very thankful, and will definitely be using them for the future.
I have been using Terminex for 7+ years and have been very happy with their service. During this time I’ve had 2 different technicians as the first received a promotion within the company and both have been professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They make sure to see if there’s any new problem areas that might need more focus. I only have outside perimeter of my house done and haven’t needed any indoor treatment. They come quarterly.
Josh M. with Terminix came out to do the monthly service check. While doing that he found a couple of yellow jacket nests. He quickly exterminated them as I am allergic to them. His knowledge and dedication go beyond what is expected. Thank you Josh for keep me, my family and my home safe.
