I came in to have my oil change an tire rotated in my Truck as soon as I got there, I was met with Mr.Cruz he took good care of us, An showed my kids An I to the kids room very clean An friendly environment. Was in an out in no time a was actually the first shop to tell me to make sure I was aware to come back in to re-torque my lug nuts. I’m a Truck Driver an I know you have to do it, but every other shop I been to never recommended me to re-torque the lugs. This shop in Lexington,NC will be my MAIN to bring mine my wife’s vehicles. I went to the tire shop today. Customer service was great they're really nice people to talk to you. They broke a lug nut off my car. They did not charge me at all they replaced it and everything. I highly recommend them. They help me decide what tires I want on my car. I will be going back next month to get me some tires
