My 5 star rating goes to a lincare employee named Michelle in the Lexington NC area. I wish she was my regular route person. She taught me numerous things about my equipment that I hadn't previously been taught. She was so informative about things that I should have already known. Lincare is the best DME company for breathing & DME supplies. The people who run this company are very caring about your medical needs & are so personable & knowledgeable when they call you or you call them. They are very professional & know their business in helping you. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I had a DME company before them who did not meet my needs or care about you so when I got sick with covid Dec 2020 & in hospital a mo th & about died & came home on O2 & the other company couldn't even bring my O2 to my home til over a wk after discharge knowing that needed it then, but Lincare was available immediately, & I needed it available...read full review
It was awesome the lady I talked tried to help. I got enough of what needed and she helped with the problem also. Like I said awesome service and would highly recommend to everyone.
