I had a really good visit. Wendy is very knowledgeable and knows her products. I would definitely recommend hearing life to my friends. Went back a year later had trouble with my left aid. They put a new receiver in it immediately. Excellent quick service. A great place to go.
Mom and I visited for her hearing evaluation and the office staff was warm and friendly. Wendy, who did the evaluation and discussed the results and options with us, explained everything in detailed but understandable terms. She said she is an educator and she really is. We both understood everything and felt confident in our choice of hearing aids. It's also good to know they are always there. Great experience.
Extremely professional, personable experience with the Hearing Life representative. She was very thorough in the testing process and demonstrated a high level of knowledge relative to hearing assessment as reflected in her presentation of what the data indicated relative to my hearing issues. Very impressive!
