“The ladies in pink arrived on time, friendly and completed the cleaning to my satisfaction. No surprise there as I have had Molly Maid since 2003 and they provided an efficient and good quality service. I had a period when I was in the house for 1 month per year and they accepted cleaning once a year when I was in the country. Then Covid came and we faced many challenges. I am now back in the house and have insurance that assist the elderly with domestic care. After two experiences, I was not happy with the service provided and I opted to revert back to Molly Maid, not covered by my long term insurance, therefore I have to pay out of pocket. I was delighted to see the team yesterday. I am sharing my story with you as I wish to acknowledge the flexibility and accommodating spirit of Molly Maid. My hope is that this flexibility remains. Thank you for many years of service.
