They were professional, took their time to explain the problem areas with my carpet beforehand, and even fixed the carpet padding that had buckled up and overlapped under my carpet. Afterwards, they explained what exactly was done and what to watch out for in the future. I've had several people compliment how nice the carpet looks! I'm very happy with the service that was provided and will be only using Hernandez going forward.“

“Outstanding! Recently purchased a new home that had been vacant for over a year. After spending a day trying to clean it on our own, we were completely overwhelmed. We knew it needed a good scrubbing when we purchased the house but did not realize the extent until we started cleaning. I was not looking forward to moving into our new home. “I needed an area rug cleaned for my daughter's dorm room. I don't live in the area but my daughter goes to college in High Point so I looked for a Chem-dry cleaner in the area. Chem dry is a very good process and I have always used a Chem-dry contractor for my home in Florida. Asa at AJ Chem-Dry was very helpful with getting this done. He was very responsive and professional. He answered my calls and made this very easy for me. I was able to drop the rug off and he had it cleaned in a few days at a very reasonable price.“
