The communication from Jillian , the onsite supervisor, installer and Troy himself was amazing. We had a minor misunderstanding about what was supposed to be replaced and the company stepped up and absorbed the extra cost and made us a customer for life. After having the damage mitigated, A-1 came in and repaired walls, replaced floors, painted, replaced cabinets, countertops and made my house livable again!A-1 was helpful throughout the process. Andre was great to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Brian was often on site, making sure that the job was being done correctly.
