Rugs were picked up and returned at the scheduled. They look great considering they had never been shampooed only spot cleaned. Gentlemen were pleasant & professional returned my rug moved furniture to replace them. So thankful for you service will definitely use again ?

Overall Eric of ChemDry did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. His explanations of the protocol was thorough and understandable. The outcome met our expectations. I highly recommend use of CD by others.

I called to ChemDry around the first of February (I think) and spoke with a sweet professional named Carrie. She explained the procedure and I ask questions and I decided to go with her company. Eric and Brandon picked the rug up on Tuesday, February 6th and Brandon returned it on Friday, February 9th. The rug had an animal smell and was wet from being left outside overnight. I dried it in the sun for two days to get it dry and decided to have it cleaned. I am so glad I went with Chem Dry!
