I have finally found someone in Lenoir, at Hair Matters, who listens to what I want, and will cut my hair based on my years of experience with hairstyles. Her name is Tracy! She is exceptionally skilled, precise and a perfectionist. Confident enough in her own skills and technique to take an idea, acknowledge its benefits, but to also make suggestions for a better or different way to accomplish a style, while reminding the customer the choice is always their's. At last, I can quit butchering my own hair by cutting it myself, because I know each time I go, it will be cut, and look, the way I want to wear it - even if I change the style every time!
