There was no wait on the app. I was greeted by Melanie when I walked in. She was attentive to what I wanted. She explained things and asked before doing them. I felt valued. I will be returning.

I came into great clips this evening with a literal bush on my head. I asked the woman who cut my hair (Angelica) to cut my hair a certain way, with poor explanation. This is by far the best hair cut I have ever received and I am so thankful that she cut it exactly how I wanted it and had the patience to cut all of it. This is a well deserved 5 star review.
