Most of the nurses and staff are nice , and my mom really seems to like them. Be prepared to sit here for a while. Not sure why but even when there is nobody else here. It always takes anywhere from 1-3 hours .

I personally have had horrible experiences with doctors in Lenoir until we met Dr Jill Konkol when my husband was injured. She is smart, kind and caring &really listens &tries to help. Then my husband thought he pulled a muscle in his neck and went to express care & met Dr Guerra senior. Turned out he was diagnosed with a rare aggressive LCNEC Lung cancer. Dr Guerra immediately took action & had him set up appts with all the necessary specialists that same day before the cancer was even confirmed by the biopsy, he knew. The doctors and staff are very caring and compassionate. Lisa Camacho called and checked on my husband while he was an in patient. Lisa and Guerra Sr always go above and beyond for our family.
