They were great! I am a realtor and I had a bit of an emergency situation and they showed up within a couple hours and had me taken care of within a few minutes. Very much appreciate their help and I will definitely use them again.
I work at a small mom and pop jewelry store and we were locked out of our safe all day due to an issue with the key. We called at least a dozen companies all over the southeast trying to get someone to come out ASAP so that we could get back into business. Shane went out of his way to call and stay on the phone with me explaining how the safe worked and because of his kindness and patience we were eventually able to get the safe open. He saved us thousands of dollars simply because he was honest and willing to walk us through some troubleshooting. We will never recommend anyone else. Can’t thank the man enough.
Shane and his assistant came over one Sunday afternoon and helped get me in to my house. They were very quick to respond, pleasant, and efficient. Very reasonably priced. Overall 5 stars for sure and would recommend them.
