Everyone was very pleasant and helpful from the time I checked in and until the visit was done 👍🏾 I was able to confirm future appointments while I was there!

I was 100% NOT pleased with Today’s Care. I normally have zero problems with WH and usually recommend them. I waited over 2 hours for my son to be seen and quite frankly, I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. Especially being that there was only 1 other person in front of me and my entire family are established patients. And I was told that by the front desk receptionist. Lab turn around time was perfect as well as Dr. Simpson’s bedside manner. Whatever goes on in between should be carefully looked at, as a two patient lobby shouldn’t take 2+ hours to clear.

Had to wait a little longer than the wait time was listed on internet site, but glad it was available. Very happy with treatment. Tested me for Covid, strep and flu which I didn’t think I had, but preferred being tested than to be positive and treated for wrong thing. Gave me a breathing treatment which I really needed. Gave me some meds and within hours I started feeling better. Not back 100% but better!!

I received very little information about my broken foot injury. Was told “someone will call you” to set up an orthopedic appointment. It’s been several days with no response and can’t get anyone on the phone.
I don’t have access to my X-rays so I had to set up and ortho appointment myself and have X-rays done again. Likely out of pocket, because of disorganization outside of my control.

The best urgent care I have ever been to. Everyone was very friendly and got seen very quickly. I don’t remember the doctors name (Dawn maybe?), she was very nice and helpful and got me feeling better quickly. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and caring and gave a great first impression
