Dan came out and rekeyed my mother's doors and because deadbolt she had was so complicated, he came out again and gave her simpler lock that worked for her. He also patiently showed her how to use the keys and had no trouble communicating with me to keep me rest assured that she was squared away. Top notch service!! I wouldn't choose anyone else in the future.

We were in Canada when the housekeeper locked herself out of the house. We called North Carolina Locksmith. Dan came over, opened the door plus made us a new key. We would highly recommend the owner and his company.

Excellent service! He was not sure if the key was going to work so he’s told me, take it make sure it works, if it does, you can come back and I’ll make the rest for you. The travel trailer key worked, I returned, had 3 more keys made, paid for all 4 of the keys & all is good!
