Needed plumber for leak just beyond the water meter box. Milam Plumbing responded within a day when no other plumbers were able to accommodate. Bill and Phil were efficient, careful and pleasant. They did the work to get the valve connected to the PVC pipe where it had broken. They had the job done in less than two hours and left the yard in great shape. I had heard good things about Milam Plumbing and they did not disappoint.
Our hot water heater had to be replaced and a trusted friend recommended Milam Plumbing. So glad he did!! It was the best experience we have ever had dealing with something like this. From the lady answering the phone, right on down to the serviceman who installed a new hot water heater...these folks are the BEST!! Cory and Chris (the two techs who did our work) were very professional and thorough in their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves too when our instant hot water unit was installed. They were also kind enough to let me know there was a leak in one of our AC Ducts under the house too... even though that was not their responsibility to let me know that. Let's just say, "They went the extra mile for us!" That is not the norm these days, so it was refreshing to see. And, yes, I HIGHLY recommend them as a plumbing company and definitely will use them again! Thanks, guys!
