We benefitted from his help with water restoration and repair services after our tenants accidentally struck a water pipe with a nail while hanging pictures in the downstairs bathroom of our rental home (and subsequently couldn’t find the master water shutoff valve outside for nearly an hour). Despite initially reaching out to him late at night, he called me back within just a few moments. During the entire ordeal (which ultimately took several months thanks to insurance), he walked me through everything — giving me tips for immediate mitigation, dealing with insurance, and selecting colors and flooring samples for repairs. Ultimately, his crews mitigated damage and subsequently installed new engineered hardwoods, replaced drywall, baseboards, and painted a fresh coat of paint throughout the first floor. He has an honest team and they do things right the first time. For example, the flooring we initially ordered arrived with a manufacturer’s defect. Instead of being sloppy and pushing forward with the job, his flooring team paused the project. Nolan then bent over backwards to find another sample to our liking because of product shortages.
