Every time I go to Riccobene-Apex, I am so blessed with the staff. I have real dentist anxiety, as old as I am. However, I have been going here for 4 yrs and today the entire staff was different (Dr. Clark was still there). I felt anxious. I am used to Melissa as my hygienist (amazing). It started with the new front desk Office Manger (Jessica), warming, professional and inviting; then Joel the hygienist, patient, calming and considerate during the cleaning and Tabitha the dental assistant (a fill-in from the Durham Office), you would think she was right at home because she was my peace. If you are looking for a dentist office, I promise that you will not be disappointed!
I couldn't believe it, this was one of the best experiences at a dentist that I've ever had!! I had broke one of my front teeth eating a chocolate covered almond (that was in the freezer ?). I was so embarrassed with my toothless smile. Dr. Cislo, said she could fix it no problem; I just couldn't believe it!! She did an amazing job. It looks perfect, better than my own tooth, and this is just the temporary one, I can't wait for the permanent crown now. She was so patient, kind and gentle, especially since I have extreme anxiety issues. Her assistants were great too. I think I might have found my dentist now!!! Dr Denia Cislo is one of the kindest providers I have ever encountered, she was knowledgeable and informative about the procedure to be performed, and ensured my niece was as comfortable as she possibly could be for an unexpected procedure. Would recommend her highly to anyone needing routine or specialty care.
Her assistant Will was also incredibly sensitive to the situation and reassuring to his patient about each step they were taking during the procedure.
