Had some water coming out of the overflow/pressure line of the water heater so I called up Justin McKenney plumbing to get ahead of the issue. They not only answered right away, but came out same day to look at the tank. After looking at the tank, I was given some great maintenance advice and told that it is not needing repair at this time, but if things keep happening after the maintenance is done, call back. He also informed me of the equipments warranty and other helpful information. The conversation was good and customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!
We just replaced our water heater. Justin did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and the completed project shows an excellent quality work. Thank you for the job well done.
This company is absolutely fantastic saving me both time and money. Had a problem that would have likely been a couple of hundred dollars but they explained a fairly simple fix I could do myself and save the money. They actually took the time to explain the exact steps and refused to take any money at all for talking me through it. You do not find customer service like this anymore. Highly, highly recommend.
