Super clean and staff seem to be friendly, HOWEVER, PA-C Brooks rubbed me the wrong way when I asked if based off of my diagnosis and complaints regarding my mental health, if he would find it medically necessary for time off. Mind you, he wouldn’t be the one in charge of said time off, or even in charge of approving the time off, it’s just a recommendation for my FMLA and Disability Claim. He did not want to do it. This isn’t abusing the system, it’s using the resources available and provided by my job for these cases. But okay. Cool. This family practice has the absolute best physicians! My six children and I have been patients for years! We are always treated and seen with top of the line professional care.

Witnessed a poor girl throwing up in the lobby and all they did was tell her that there was a bathroom. They made the mom get her daughter a wheelchair and clean up the mess all over the floor. What kind of patient care is this?
