The store looked nice. The quality was fine too. The service was okay but they cut my hair a different way when I had asked for a different haircut, I'm very disappointed.

I went there and waited a extra hour and 30 mins before someone asked me what I was there for , once they figured out what I was there for the lady who was supposed to do my hair wasn’t even there so now I’m sitting another 30 mins & she finally comes back and say “oh I didn’t know you was here for me”. Then she finally starts on my hair she asked did I want a haircut I said yeah thinking she knew how to cut and she cut my hair bald on the sides no line up or anything then took 2-3 hours to retwist my hair then when she finished with the retwist she sprays the enhancement spray on my hairline to make it look better and it wasn’t even lined up or anything and had the nerve to charge me 120 for a messed up haircut and a 2-3 retwist and not to mention when I was getting my hair done her other clients came in and she stopped on my hair to start on theirs !! & while she doing my hair she steady talking and steady answering the phone steady pausing that’s why it took so long . Then she cuts my hair before the retwist !! She was supposed to retwist my hair then do the haircut
