Well with them being careful but still working to have a professional dermatologist examination. I had a 9.30 am appointment and was leaving at 10.25. Plus got a good examination and treatment for insect bites.

My appointment went fine and the PA was thorough and courteous. However, when it came to check out, my treatment by the office personnel was quite different. She was rude and when making a follow up appointment, didn't ask if I was a available, just made the appointment and slid the card to me. While checking my calendar to make sure I didn't have a conflict, she rudely told me she was finished and for me to leave.
