“Three times now I have made the call and three times ROCO has answered the call much to my satisfaction. It's an expensive process, finding tradesmen, and I'm glad to say these guys are among the best. Efficient, professional, affordable, reliable, polite, clean, everything you would want in an electrician. Whether you have a problem in your existing electrical system or whether you're building something new, you won't be disappointed with Rowan County electrical service! “Scheduling a free estimate for our Tesla EV charger install was quick and simple. Jose came out and gave us a quote on June 18. We were initially planning on going with Powerhouse Electric, but they seemed to be throwing up roadblocks and excuses the day of install even after we had completed remediation steps simply because they did not want to go into the crawlspace to run the cable. Powerhouse Electric was also extremely rude and unprofessional when we told them we were getting a secondary quote with Mr. Electric - which we are so glad we did!

Our experience with Jose and Mr. Electric was the complete opposite experience in all of the best ways! Jose told us that our crawlspace looked good and that he could perform the installation as soon as the next day. Jose showed up on time on installation day and spent five hours running cable through the crawlspace and wiring and installing our Tesla EV charger on the exterior wall adjacent to our driveway. We are thrilled with the results, Jose’s professionalism throughout the entire process, and couldn’t recommend Mr. Electric more emphatically! If you want your EV charger done right give these experts a call. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you very much for taking care of us Jose!”

“I called this morning with an intermittent electrical issue which is probably a problem with Duke Energy, but I needed to verify if there was a dangerous fault in our house electrical system. The lady in the office was very helpful, and they got two electricians out to us the same day. They didn't find anything, but were very careful checking everything possible with connections, the main panel, and the subpanel. I am confident if there had been an issue they would have found it. Will call them again when I need an electrician.”
