“Scheduling a free estimate for our Tesla EV charger install was quick and simple. Jose came out and gave us a quote on June 18. We were initially planning on going with Powerhouse Electric, but they seemed to be throwing up roadblocks and excuses the day of install even after we had completed remediation steps simply because they did not want to go into the crawlspace to run the cable. Powerhouse Electric was also extremely rude and unprofessional when we told them we were getting a secondary quote with Mr. Electric - which we are so glad we did!

“I called this morning with an intermittent electrical issue which is probably a problem with Duke Energy, but I needed to verify if there was a dangerous fault in our house electrical system. The lady in the office was very helpful, and they got two electricians out to us the same day. They didn't find anything, but were very careful checking everything possible with connections, the main panel, and the subpanel. I am confident if there had been an issue they would have found it.
