We had a great experience with Mr. Electric, and especially with our technician, Bailey. We were dealing with a recurring issue with our smoke detectors, and Bailey took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.
He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also recommended several repairs and improvements that would make our electrical system safer, bring it up to current code, and hopefully resolve our recurring smoke detector issue. We really appreciated that he took the time to look at the bigger picture in addition to addressing the immediate issue.

I called Mr. Electric after picking up an electrical smell in the kitchen recently. To highlight our situation, a fire truck showed up years ago after somebody left chandelier lights turned on too long, causing a fire in our house.
Looking for answers concerning that electric smell, I found the company on Angie, and called for a review and quote.
A text message response arrived only a few minutes later. The first meeting was set up, and Bailey arrived as scheduled. He reviewed everything and put a quote together.
