Tim did an excellent job with the foundation certification inspection. He was both efficient and thorough throughout the process. When the underwriter requested additional photos and more detailed information, Tim had already planned ahead and was able to provide everything immediately. His responsiveness played a big role in helping us stay on track for an on-time closing. He is also very approachable, professional, and accommodating to work with. Highly recommend!
