I manage a commercial building with multiple AC units, a cooling tower and pumps. After cycling through several large and small service providers over the years, with little satisfaction, I started using Moore's since 2018. I have been satisfied with the level of knowledge of Moore's service techs as well as the great customer support that I experience from their back-office operations staff. Moore's tech diagnosed and corrected faulty refrigerant piping installation that caused multiple failures over the years.
